Installing Conzent with Shopify

To install Conzent with Shopify, you need to only add one more line than you are used to. Go to online store. Click on theme. On the theme that you're currently using, click on the three dots to the right. Click Edit code. Now scroll down to snippets. Click on add a new snippet. Call it Conzent. You can call it whatever you want, but if you use Consent then you will be able to use the example as we did here. Click Done. Now insert the script that you get from the Consent backend just like you would on any other site. Remember to change the x'd to your website key. If you just copy it from the back end at Conzent then that will be pre-filled. Now because this is Shopify, you need to add one more line to enable the Shopify Customer Privacy API. Above this you will add this line as shown here Click on Save. Then go back to the theme.liquid file. Just after the header, insert the render of the snippet that you used. This is the name conzent and that's the name that you used in the Conzent snippet. if you used a different name then you need to use that. Click on Save. Go back. Now you can view your store and see that you have enabled Consent on Shopify. So super easy to enable Conzent in Shopify
