Installing Conzent with Google Tag Manager

This tutorial will guide you through the process of installing Conzent in Google Tag Manager.

To begin, click on Tag and then click New.

Name your tag, for example, Conzent CMP.

Next, click on tag configuration and then select Discover more tag types in the Community Template gallery.

Click on the search icon, search for Conzent, and then click on it.

Add it to the workspace by clicking Add to workspace and then click Add again.

Now, add your website ID, which you will find inside the conzent CMP.

Subsequently, click on Triggers and select Consent Initialization for all pages.

Now, click Save.

Click the Conzent Tag again and select Conzent CMP.

Select Default Consent Mode and click Add row.

Make sure all should be denied except for the necessary cookies. This is the default allowed consent settings.

Click Add and then Save again.

Finally, just click Submit.
